    Osman Kavala Not Released Despite ECtHR Verdict of Right Violation

    In the fourth hearing of Gezi trial held today, the court has ruled that the arrest of businessperson and rights defender Osman Kavala shall continue. The next hearing of the case will be held on January 28, 2020.
